Who we are
Carlo Toller is an experienced Chief Operations Officer within the finance sector and among many achievements defined and realised the listing of two investment vehicles delivering niche financial strategies both on the London and Luxembourg Stock Exchange.
Fliss Demir spent 10 years working at executive level in News Organisations juggling the needs of the business with a News Agenda that continually changed. She was integral to the incorporation of a new digital News organisation in 2019 which saw significant growth (and since Fliss left they have recently purchased the world's oldest Sunday print newspaper). More recently she was Managing Director at Systems Tailor Made and Tailor Made Excel offering bespoke software solutions to business clients in the UK and the US. She significantly boosted turnover and streamlined operations to improve delivery.
Carlo and Fliss have worked together since 2015 when they both became volunteer directors of West Central (Slough) Management Company. Two years later, following the Grenfell Tower Fire, construction law and the residential building landscape changed significantly. Carlo and Fliss had to learn quickly and protect the interests of all leaseholders in the building. They organised litigation with a third of the building's leaseholders and in early 2026, they successfully settled with one of the biggest building firms in the UK achieving all objectives set out in the beginning. This took extensive organisation; obtaining regular financial contributions from litigants of multiple cultural and vested backgrounds explaining the justification for needing additional funding and likely outcomes; instructing and digesting expert witness level reports; and adjusting legal strategy according to the progression of the case.
Having worked successfully together to achieve a seven figure settlement, Carlo and Fliss decided to formally join forces and offer their services and experience to other organisations.
